Episode 32: Stephanie Adlington ...and all that jazz

Stephanie Adlington combines the art of storytelling with with her favorite American born music to create her signature Jazzicana sound. Stephanie sits down with the guys this week for an extra long episode and turns out to be more a part of the show than an actual guest.

Drunk facebooking, trivial arguments with friends, movies, they pretty much interview Stephanie Adlington to talk about everything except Stephanie Adlington. But alas, somewhere in their they manage to get around to her early vinyl record influences, being discovered by a special teacher, working at the world famous Ryman Auditorium, college in London, up to gigging in Nashville. Stephanie also tells the story of how she rigs auditions!

Also this week Tony finally eats at Spencer's restaurant (with a very lovely guest), and the gang tackles the hard hitting question; best hot dog from a vender: rollers or hot water?

In the break we hear Pick Your Poison off her self titled EP and we end the show with Bootlegger's Blues. Stephanie dovetailed seamlessly with the SYB crew and I'm sure she will be returning, as there's so much more to cover. All that plus, the party gets a little loud. Salute!

The fellas are joined by two of Tony's closest friends from Orlando. They tell some growing up story's, confirm Tony is not totally full of shit, and give some local insight to the Pulse tragedy. The gang covers the Pokemon resurgence, growing up in a liberal town, overalls, and doing it to Pearl Jam. Episode 30: Happy Birth

It's a party show this week! Share Your Buzz celebrates the birthday of our very own Spencer with a look into the man, the myth, the whiskey. He talks about growing up scrappy in Cookeville TN, skating, getting paddled by teachers, and the restaurant business.

But wait! That's not all folks. We also welcome the return of our friend Kell- Um, I mean Shannon. Whose birthday it ALSO happens to be. We meet some new friends and say hello to a cast of familiar voices to celebrate our friends with food, booze, and mirth for all.

The break this week features a new live song from Darryl Miller. We close out with an APB on Chris' casserole dish, a spirited game of A or B, and Thunder Muffins wears a ladies shirt. Salute!

Episode 29: Brisket on a Triscuit with Rae Hering

The fellas kick off their July 4th weekend with very special guest Rae Hering. Rae takes us through her musical career from piano playing fetus, angsty writer, classically trained Belmont student, to playing professionally in Nashville. Including in a band with our very own Hurricane Chris.

We hear some great music from Rae at the top, middle, and end of the show. So don't check out early on this one!

In the infamous second segment Tony threatens to leave the union, is wistful for Denny's, and claims that he is a good host. All that plus space Romans. Salute!

Episode 28: Nashville Burlesque

The boys visit Shannon Million and her crew from Nashville Burlesque They cover, or - (ahem) uncover , the beginnings of burlesque as well as how it's evolved. Nashville Burlesque practices a true original form of the art with distinct Nashville flare, boasting the only troop in town which performs to a live band. Shannon - (ahem) strips down some behind the scenes of what she looks for in her performers and talks about how she got her start.

During the break we hear a live original song, Pick Your Poison, by Nashville Burlesque band members Stephanie Adlington and Dan Frost. (If Stephanie offers you wine, don't drink it!)

The second segment runs a bit long, but I assure you it's for good reason. The whole gang spirals into a whirlwind of fun while still - (ahem) teasing out topics like feminism in Burlesque. All of this plus British accents and tequila licking! Salute!

Episode 27: Stay Humble Cuz

This week's show is all about Spencer shooting down every topic Tony tries to bring up. Chris is out of town so Thunder Muffins sits in along with some other friends of the show as they record the first ever poolside-cast. Tony attempts to defend Jimmy Buffet and Spencer is a material girl. Salute!

Episode 26: Dawn and Nash

On this week's show we are very proud to bring you the musical stylings of local artists Dawn & Nash. I could go on and on about how great they were both performing and in conversation, but you'll just have to listen. They tell the guys how they each got started in music, what it's like being a husband and wife writing duo, and a really neat story on how they developed their unique sound. All that plus, Tony falls down a music nostalgia hole, we make our first Hitler reference, and French Canadians are not from France. Who knew? Salute!

Check out Dawn and Nash in Daytona Beach, FL from July 2 - 9, then back in TN on July 16 at Grays On Main in Franklin.

Episode 25: Slippery When Wet

The sun-kissed Melrose misfits are back together! We kick off with a few missed stories from Tony and Chris' trip to Cocoa Beach, and Spencer fills us in on what he did over Memorial Day weekend. He is the original party animal. We discover Tony is a bar snob, and he has trouble relaxing. In the second segment we welcome new addition to the SYB extended crew Michael Manganelli to the show. The show closes, as shows often do, with Jack White strangling someone.  All that plus, we all hate Trump. Salute!

Episode 24: Beach Slapped

Tony and Chris travel to Orlando and Cocoa Beach, FL this week! We meet Tony's dad and mom while he expresses his ire over not sounding like where he's from. The fellas discuss the car ride down from Nashville. The second half features a very drunk pair of podcasters. Chris almost gets in a fight, Tony gets lost, and the boys drink ALL the frozen drinks. Oh, and Chris gets offered a new job...as a weed dealer.

3 Men And A Blanket Fort

Hey guys, at the end of last week's show we told you to stay tuned for an extra conversation. Well, here it is as a little mid week supplemental. Tony, Chris, and Thunder Muffins indulge whimsy for a talk about having an unwanted all dude sleepover in Kelly's living room. A sleep bro-ver, if you will. Salute!

Episode 23: Danger Pants

The fellas try to keep it low key and regroup this week before heading into the summer shows. The talk about 21st birthday stories, getting old and fat, and the vaping crisis. Andrew sits in second segment for a discussion on why lingerie is so hard to get off. The boys shamelessly fish for sponsors and Tony doesn't like his group chat nickname. The show closes with some back round on how these fools met and a visit form our friend Kelly...so you know shit got inappropriate. Salute!

The song played during the break was Drink, Drink, Drink by last week's guest Randy Reed. Check out that show right here

Tony's Grandma's brothel lamp talked about on many episodes.

Episode 22: Dick Skyline w/Randy Reed

This week's show is chock full of music with special guest Randy Reed. Randy drops some unreleased material for us in anticipation of his upcoming July 4th record. Randy cuts up with the boisterous boys of buzzin' about his new music, Nashville, and the current state of country.

I sincerely suggest sticking around for the second segment when the whole gang tackles hard hitting questions like; Is Tony's bathroom LGBT friendly? Is it okay to Uber to a date? Do we all need a little bit of satan?

All that plus jury duty, Freudian strips, snugger fit condoms, and Tony proves he can actually be funny!

Episode 21: Shave Your Fuzz w/ Jim Aycock

LIVE AND LEGAL! We made it 21 episodes, so we went to a bar. The guys were live on location from the Dawghouse Saloon patio for an extra long special episode. Joined by Jim Aycock from Off The Hook Nashville this four-way foray talks about Tony walking through the hood, big ol' decks, 1st vs 2nd marriage bachelor parties, pubes on urinals, and accidentally checking out your ex. They pose a question for the ages, why do people always draw dicks in profile?

SYB announces their first out of state show, tangled up - tango out. They close the episode talking to Jim about acting, improv, songwriting, and how he coalesced them all into one. All that plus Spencer rides a dolphin. Salute!

Episode 20: Oops, I Had Six Kids

This week the guys talk to their friend Veronica about the process of donating human eggs. She's chock full of 'em, apparently. She also educated the fellas on the many uses of pineapple. Chris gets stuck behind Kyle driving home and catches him texting and driving, tsk tsk. The boys hatch a plot to expatriate and buy a charter boat. Chris is an Ol' Smoky man, and... Let Them Eat Cake!  Salute!

Episode 19: Thunder, Thunder & Stick

The mellow fellows of Share Your Buzz start this week off by biding ado to yet another pop culture icon, r.i.p. Prince.  That leads the guys to discussing which celeb from their formative years would they be most distraught over losing. We get our first formal intro to ThunderStick!  The lawyer formally known as Andrew, who did in fact save our beloved Spencer's life once. The gang goes on to rant about Google ads, charging friends for flakiness, shooting rockets at Cambodian cows, and Tony attends Laotian New Year. Salute!

Tony starts the show off relaying some adventures from his vacation and the boys discuss an upcoming trip. Spencer talks about being mahogany tan. Chris gets over being sick all week. Friend of the show Jen French stops by with a guest and the whole show goes to hell in a spirited discourse over politics. Shit gets real. There's rebel flags, feminism, shenanigans in the White House, and racism education. But alas, Jen makes it all better with ice cream. Salute!

Episode 17: Pod'ing Naked with Coco & Wee Wee

On this week's show the guys are joined by local comedians and titular hosts of The Coco & Wee Wee Show! Beside bringing the funny, these ladies bring some much needed femininity to the last few testosterone fueled weeks. Everybody was on point and topics ranged from Wee Wee's time on Dating Naked, to fat Axl Rose, cannoli weddings, nude modeling, man buns, and then there's more naked. (Wee Wee has a problem)

Coco & Wee Wee are frequent performers at Zanies Nashville's Girl on Girl Comedy night. They talk about transitioning from music to comedy and we get a little behind the scenes info on our very own Spencer's past improv experiences.

The intro montage is a bit long this week because there was too much funny to choose from. All that AND...10 Lords a'creeping. Salute!

Episode 16: Harley Jeep Houseboat

Tony, Spencer, and Chris are joined by their buddy Kyle this week for an early Monday show because Tony was going out of town. The quixotic quartet discuss April Fool's pranks, the return of the Chalk Dick Bandit, and turn-offs. Spencer gives a shout-out to teachers and Kyle weaves a tapestry of lies about long distance dating (I've seen him do it).

Episode 15: Jimmy Juan's

This week starts off with Tony spoiling the movie Straight Outta Compton and admitting he's lonely. Then the fella's traverse topics like Lacoste vs La Criox, fast food shame, box wine, and Tony wants glass glasses. The three spooges of podcasting also discuss rapey Luke Bryan lyrics and admire the dedication of Jimmy John's employees. Oh! And the Easter Bunny comes. Salute!

Episode 14: The Jack Of All Trades

Tony and Spencer bring it back to the old school by riding solo for most of the show. The dalliant duo recap St. Pat's and ramble about the proper amount of time to hold the door for someone.

He is buzzin', was going to be the name of this show and Tony explains why he doesn't think that's blasphemy. Spencer's horoscope says he's going to be expecting in 2016 and Chris joins later for some weird Florida news stories. (the picture is a woman from the news)

Oh Yeah, the sound is better this week but we're still working out the kinks with table thuds. Give us some feedback and rate us on iTunes! Salute!
