Demerara Cocktail

  • 1 oz Demerara Rum

  • .5 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum

  • .5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup

  • .5 oz Lime Juice

  • 4 oz Crushed Ice

    Blend everything for no more than 5 seconds, double strain into coup, cocktail glass, or small snifter.

  • Notes: Try flash blending for 3 bursts.
